Coffee mornings with a difference at Brilliant Kids Café & Arts Centre – a parents guide to intimacy, sex and loving adult relationships

Come to one of our coffee mornings with a difference. Hosted by Rachel Foux, the sex love and relationship expert and learn how to keep your most intimate relationship alive.

Rachel, author of the “New Mums Guide to Sex”, is passionate about helping parents keep their intimacy and love life exciting, fulfilling and fun throughout pregnancy and the pre-school years. The coffee mornings are entertaining and inspiring and an opportunity to explore our sexuality and how to keep it alive during those stressful and exhausting early years.

Rachel has a background in therapy and now educates and writes about maternal sex, love and relationships. On the day, Rachel will give a down to earth presentation about a topic close to the heart of mums, for example ‘why bother to even think about sex when there’s laundry to do’ or ‘how to rediscover what turns us on now we’re a mum.’

So while your kids are having fun and being stimulated doing some of our fantastic activities (see website for details) you can also do something stimulating and interesting for yourself. There will be no charge for the talk.

Household Companion coffee mornings will be on the second Wednesday of every month 11am. On September 10th, October 8th, November 12th, December 10th with Rachel Foux, the Love, Sex and Relationship expert. Bookings: Rachel Foux 07768 140044.
